MPS Families, As many of you know, the home of two of our students was destroyed last night in a fire. They are in need of some things. Blankets, pillows, and clothes are what is immediately needed. * Tiffani- adult size medium shirts, size 12 jeans, underwear size 8, shoe size- 8/9 * Unikque - size L/11 in juniors, underwear little girls size 16, training bra size 38, shoe size - 7 * Kimberly- 3X/size 22, shoe size - 10/11 * Clarence - size 38 in pants and 2XL in shirts shoe size -10 The family is staying at Turner Inn. Microwaveable food would help as well. Friends and Family have set up a Go Fund Me account for the family. Due to the cancellation of school, today's home district games with Alamo have been rescheduled to Monday, February 6th starting at 4pm with JV Girls, followed by Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys. Tomorrow’s Junior High home games with Edgewood Middle School have been rescheduled for Monday, January 30th at 4pm starting with Junior High girls and followed by Junior High boys. Both days will be home games as originally scheduled.

The Mountainair BPA Chapter would like to thank all of the community that came together to help make this a wonderful event. To the judges Carole & Joe Glade, Marnie Moran, John Stange, Martha Hallman, Tony Schenk, Sue Waid, Peter Nieto, Chris Silva, Veronica, Barela, and Mary Gustin, we say thank you. Thank you for sharing your time,talents, and advice with us. We truly appreciate it. We would also like to thank four others that due to circumstances couldn't be with us at regionals but have volunteered to give of their time and talents by mentoring the BPA students in various business subjects. Thank you Jill Assad, Dan Sterry, Philip Cox, and Pat Havens. And we cannot forget the army of others that helped out in many ways though helping the day as proctors,helpers, or food providers.
