Mountainair Public Schools in conjunction with the Town of Mountainair invites you to attend the Breaking the Silence Community Forum. We at Mountainair Public Schools recognizes that our families, students and staff have been struggling with their mental health. With the help of Breaking the Silence, we want to tear down the walls and stigma associated with mental health. All of us at some point in our lives struggle with some form of mental health, whether it's depression, anxiety of any of the other mental health conditions and are either afraid of look for help or don't know where to seek out help. This community meeting will help! Please join us at the Dr. Saul Building on Thursday, March 10th from 5:30-7:00. Light refreshments will be provided.
